Workshops and Training

Available as webinars or in-person sessions. Fully customisable for your needs. All workshops are $30 per person per hour (minimum numbers apply). Other topics available upon request.

	Circle of Security 3 hour introductory or full 8-week workshops for parents and for early childhood educators to support positive adult/child relationships and secure attachments in the early years.Customised and discounted sessions available. Delivered by a Circle of Security Intenational Accredited Facilitator


	Child Development 2 hour introductory workshop on NSW Health developmental checks in early childhood. Learn how to assess child development and plan for supportive practices. Learn about screening tools for speech and other areas of development. Available as a parent session or early childhood educator session.


	Behaviour 2 hour workshop. Strategies for promoting self regulation and positive behaviour in early childhood settings. Hear tips and tricks that have worked in a variety of settings and see which ones may work for you. Avoid stress and burnout by incorporating supportive practices and slow pedagogy.


	Supervision in ECEC 2 hour workshop. Active supervision strategies and duty of care responsibilities in early childhood settings. For early childhood educators. Refresh your knowledge and upskill. Create safe environments for children that can still promote challenging play experiences and risky play. Discuss your legal obligations and how to report incidents.


	Leadership and Management 2 hour workshop. Leadership theory and practice. What works in different types of organisations and how can you tailor leadership approaches to get the best out of your team? Brainstorm ideas for your setting and work through a variety of scenarios to flex your leadership muscles.


	Child Safe Standards in ECEC 1 hour workshop. A brief overview of the Child Safe Standards and how they apply to an early childhood setting. Learn about free online resources and training to further your knowledge and demonstrate compliance.
